Just Let Us Know
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
Late Starting Times
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to have to push your appointment time back, please text our number and let us know. If the appointment has to be pushed back more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. This policy is put in place due to the fact that mobile appointments are booked back to back and traveling time has to be considered in each appointment.
